Major administrative surgery in MP: New SP and Collector appointed in Gwalior, Divisional Commissioner also changed, see full list

. A major administrative reshuffle has taken place in Madhya Pradesh today. IAS and IPS officers have been transferred in the state. This change has happened mainly for Gwalior. In this connection, a new Collector and SP have been appointed in the district. Khargone district SP Dharamveer Singh has been made Gwalior SP. Current Gwalior SP Rajesh Singh Chandel has been sent to PHQ Bhopal as Assistant Inspector General of Police. The Additional Secretary of the Home Department has issued an order regarding this.

The Divisional Commissioner and Collector of Gwalior have also been changed. IAS Dr. Sudam Pandharinath Khade has been made the Divisional Commissioner of Gwalior. Current Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh has been made the Divisional Commissioner of Indore. Ruchika Chauhan has been made Gwalior Collector. Present Gwalior Collector Akshay Kumar Singh has been removed and made Additional Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Government. Indore Divisional Commissioner Mal Singh has been made Madhya Pradesh Government Secretary. Sanjeev Kumar Jha has been made the commissioner of Chambal division, Morena.
