The work of renewal of all 77 lakh ration cards currently prevalent under the public distribution system in Chhattisgarh is going on. As of February 28, 68 lakh 23 thousand 391 ration card holders have submitted applications for renewal. The date for renewal of missing ration card holders has been extended till March 15, 2024.
It is noteworthy that the work of ration card renewal will be done till March 15, 2024. According to the information received from the department, a new mobile app of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department has been prepared by the Food Department for ration card renewal, it can be downloaded by going to the Play Store.
