Similarly, action has been taken against ganja smugglers under the NDPS Act and large quantities of ganja have been seized in 4 cases and 9 accused have been sent to jail.
Let us tell you that on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Sakti Ankita Sharma, all the police station and outpost in-charges are wreaking havoc on the drug dealers. After this action of the police, there is panic among drug dealers. Under the guidance of SP Ankita, the police have seized 631 liters of illicit liquor worth Rs 1 lakh 13 thousand 1 hundred 90 in a total of 77 cases in 15 days. Similarly, by taking action against ganja smugglers under the NDPS Act, Rs 63 thousand 7 have been seized in 4 cases. 10 kg 760 grams of ganja worth Rs 100 and 50 has been seized. Overall, 86 accused have been sent to jail in 81 cases.

On the instructions of SP Ankita Sharma, the police is conducting “Samvaad” by going to every village regarding social evils like alcoholism, gambling, betting, blackmailing, harassment, crimes related to women, human trafficking, cyber crimes, ATM fraud and traffic rules. People are being made aware by organizing police stations.
