Rajim Kumbh Kalpa, which has made its own identity in the country and the world, will be organized this year from 24th February Maghapurnima to 8th March Mahashivratri. The state government has named it Rajim Kumbh Kalpa. This year Rajim Kumbh Kalpa will be celebrated as Ramotsav. For this, grand preparations are being made at Rajim Triveni Sangam. Regarding the preparations for Rajim Kumbh Kalpa, Religious Trust and Endowment Minister Shri Brijmohan Aggarwal inspected the fair site last night. He took stock of the necessary arrangements made in connection with the fair by visiting the main stage, supporting cultural stage for the presentation of local artists, Ganga bathing place, residence of saints, drinking water, toilets, Kuleshwar Mahadev Marg and Lomash Rishi Ashram at the fair venue. . Also instructions were given to complete all the necessary preparations at the fair venue expeditiously. During this, Rajim MLA Mr. Rohit Sahu, Collector Mr. Deepak Aggarwal, SSP Mr. Amit Tukaram Kamble along with officials of Gariaband, Raipur and Dhamtari districts and local public representatives were present.
After taking stock of the preparations at the fair venue, Minister Shri Aggarwal held a meeting of the officials at the fair venue itself and gave instructions to complete all the work expeditiously. Minister Shri Aggarwal instructed the Health Department officials to ensure adequate medical arrangements at the Kumbh Mela site. Besides, instructions were given to maintain stock of essential allopathic and ayurvedic medicines including lab test facility, ambulance. He gave instructions to do white wash and lighting in all the temples. Minister Shri Aggarwal instructed the officials of the Electricity Department to ensure adequate power supply arrangements. He instructed the officials of PHE department to develop uninterrupted drinking water facility and necessary toilet facilities. Apart from this, instructions were given to continuously sprinkle water to prevent dust from flying on the roads. It is noteworthy that during Rajim Kumbh Kalpa 2024, a special program will be organized for 3 days. Under this, a special bath will be organized at Rajim Triveni Sangam on 24 February, 4 March and 8 March. Various cultural and religious programs will be organized for 15 days during Rajim Kumbh Mela. Sadhus, saints and devotees from all over the country will arrive in the fair.
