Now free sand will be provided to the villagers for the Prime Minister’s residence in Chhattisgarh. Finance Minister OP Chaudhary announced this in the Assembly on Tuesday. He said that if someone is taking sand for small work in the village, he will not be stopped.

Finance Minister OP Choudhary said that someone is taking sand for small works in the village. Someone is building a house. Construction of houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has started. The house could not be built for 5 years. Such people can use free sand. Lata Usendi had raised the issue of illegal sand excavation.

Actually, the issue of illegal sand excavation and transportation was raised in the assembly. MLA Lata Usendi said that action is being taken against those carrying sand in small tractors and for the PM’s residence. The officer says what will you do, you will get us transferred.

MLA Usendi said, please direct the collectors. Where such problems are occurring, lease should be given immediately so that people can get convenience. He said that many sand mines have not been given on lease, due to which a lot of problems are being faced. Mahant asked- How much oil is extracted from the sand?
On hearing this announcement, Leader of Opposition Charan Das Mahant said that I also thank the Minister for making arrangements for free sand for the Prime Minister’s residence. But if there is a problem in the entire House in the name of rate, then does oil come out of sand? If yes then tell how much oil is extracted from one ton of sand.

Taking a jibe at Congress, Dharamlal Kaushik said, big experts are sitting here. This is not recent, I have been doing the same thing for the last 5 years. The truth is that he became so powerful in the matter of sand that the officials got scared. The officers were beaten. That is why all these issues are being raised.
