108 lakh 3 thousand metric tons of paddy lifted in the state

So far, the state government has purchased a record 144.92 lakh metric tonnes of paddy from farmers at support price. Continuous lifting of paddy is going on for custom milling. According to the information received from the General Manager of Markfed, till now DO has been issued for lifting of 120 lakh 90 thousand 982 metric tons of paddy, against which 108 lakh 03 thousand 949 metric tons of paddy has been lifted by the millers.
