Target to double GDP from Rs 5 lakh crore to Rs 10 lakh crore in 5 years.

– Provision of Rs 266 crore for technical enrichment of various departments.
20 percent increase in capital expenditure compared to last year.
– Target of 20 percent capex increase.
– Equal distribution of benefits of natural resources in the interest of the common people.
– Will prepare a roadmap for eco tourism.
– In addition to all the capabilities of the government, private investment will be ensured.
– Will promote PPP model. Private investment will be encouraged.

Agriculture and horticulture colleges will be established in Kunkuri, Ramchandrapur, Khadgaon, Sheelphili.
Establishment of Agricultural Engineer office in Durg and Surguja districts.

For UPSC preparation, there is a provision to increase the seats of 65 children in the Youth Hostel in Dwarka, Delhi to 200 children.

Under Mahtari Vandan Yojana, ₹ 12000 will be given annually to eligible women.

The education system should be improved with the help of Artificial Intelligence based system.
– A council for research innovation will be formed in accordance with the provisions of the National Education Policy 2020.
– Like the Indian Institutes of Technology established at the national level, Chhattisgarh Institutes of Technology will be established in different areas of the state.
– Central Instrumentation Facility will be upgraded to promote startup innovation in Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla College, Raipur.
– School of Commerce Studies will be started as a business oriented course.
