Instructions for preparing estimates for basic facilities for starting hospital operations

Raipur, January 09, 2024 Finance, Commercial Tax, Housing and Environment, Planning, Economics and Statistics Minister Shri O.P. Chaudhary today arrived for inspection of the 100 bedded Employees State Insurance Corporation Hospital located at village Parsada in Raigarh district. Here, after taking stock of the basic facilities for starting the hospital, he instructed the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) officer to prepare an estimate, so that the work of operating the hospital can start soon. Collector Mr. Karthikeya Goyal, SSP Mr. Sadanand Kumar, CEO District Panchayat Mr. Jitender Yadav were present on the occasion.

CPWD engineer told Finance Minister Shri Chaudhary that water is available for drinking water but apart from this, more water will be required in the hospital. On which Finance Minister Shri Chaudhary instructed Collector Shri Goyal to prepare an action plan for water supply in the hospital. When he inquired about the resources in the hospital, Assistant Engineer CPWD informed about the requirement of various resources like furniture, operation theatre, gas pipeline. Finance Minister Shri Choudhary gave instructions to make a proposal for medical resources. He instructed to get information about the status of demand letter for human resources as per the setup for the hospital. So that the operation of the hospital can be started soon after the completion of the construction work. During the inspection, Finance Minister Shri OP Choudhary gave instructions for plantation of trees to make the hospital premises green. He instructed the Horticulture Department to take special care in the selection of plants. Regarding the electricity system, it was told that the electrification work in the hospital has been completed and a genset has also been installed as per the demand of the hospital. Along with this, he also got information about biomedical waste management. On this occasion, Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. Sanjay Mahadeva, SDM Raigarh Mr. Gagan Sharma, EE PHE Mr. Parikshit Chaudhary, Naib Tehsildar Trupti Chandrakar and departmental officers were present.
