Raipur, 11 July 2020. Chief Secretary Shri R.P. The Mandal today announced the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel’s highest priority schemes at the Chips office in Raipur, Godhan Nyaya Yojana, Chief Minister Suchitan, Ramvan Path Gaman, distribution of community forest rights pattas in tribal areas, making ashrams and hostels of Scheduled Tribes districts to be model hostels And in a meeting of officials of various departments of the government, reviewed in detail plan-wise, regarding the project of making all the facilities, intensive plantation, arrangement of urban livestock, beautification and management around Arpa river in Bilaspur and construction of ethonal.
Chief Secretary Shri RP Mandal’s innovative government justice scheme which is going to start on July 20 on the auspicious occasion of Hareli festival. The Chief Secretary has instructed the officers to work with caution and alertness for the implementation of the scheme. The Chief Secretary said that a committee constituted under his chairmanship for implementation of the Godhan Nyaya Yojana in which Additional Chief Secretary Finance Shri Amitabh Jain, Secretary of Agriculture Department, Dr. M. Geeta, Secretary, Cooperative, Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department, Mr. Prasanna R. Constant meetings are being held with other officers of the committee, from which many important decisions have been taken for starting and implementing the scheme. He informed that necessary instructions have been given to the Collectors of all the districts of the state and Chief Executive Officers of the District Panchayats after discussing them with the district regarding implementation of the scheme. The Chief Secretary said that good quality cow dung will be purchased from self-help groups in Gothans. Burmese beds will be made in the plantations and worm worms will be prepared, so the Burmese compost manure will be prepared and sold to Agriculture, Horticulture and Forest Department.
The Chief Secretary while reviewing the Chief Minister’s Nutrition Campaign in the meeting has instructed the officials to plant munga plants in Anganwadi centers and plant green leafy vegetables and fruitful plants suited to the local climate for the use of the beneficiaries of Anganwadi. Similarly, self-help groups should be given poultry sheds in the village where Anganwadi is located. Eggs for Anganwadi centers should be purchased from self-help groups in the village itself. Due to this, nutritious food will be provided in the village itself and people will be provided employment in the villages. The Chief Secretary has instructed the departmental field officers to continuously monitor the nutrition campaign. No one will be tolerated during the Suraksha Abhiyan.
During the review of Ramavan Path Gaming, the Chief Secretary should visit the Secretary of Tourism Department at Shivrinarayan in Bilaspur and Rajim of Gariaband and visit with the Collector and Divisional Commissioner to get them beautified and managed. He has instructed the departmental officers to continuously monitor all the works of the Ram Van Path movement. Shri RP Mandal has instructed the Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Bilaspur to carry out beautification and land management work along the banks of Arpa river.
