Chhattisgarh Deputy CM Vijay Sharma took a dig at actor Shahrukh Khan. He had come to participate in the Veer Bal Diwas program organized in Raipur. During this, he took a jibe at Shahrukh Khan through gestures and said that the society should decide whether to take inspiration from those who stammer or from the brave Sahibzadas.
The program took place at Mata Sundari School, Raipur. Here, along with Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal, Minister OP Choudhary, MP Sunil Soni were also present on the stage. A large number of children were also present in the program. Meanwhile, Deputy CM Vijay Sharma came on the mic and said that it should be kept in mind of the society how the brave Sahibzadas sacrificed their lives. ‘Someone stammers and speaks…’
Sharma further said that all the children of the school are sitting, what should they take inspiration from. This has become very important nowadays in the era of social media, TV, films, all these things. If someone stammers, then you have to take inspiration from him or from the brave Sahibzadas. This matter also has to be decided by the society and the youth has to decide it for the children. Sharma further said that – I have stood up to request you to tell our children about the martyrdom of 7 year old and 9 year old Sahibzadas. This should be our subject of remembrance for the society and the country. The martyrdom of Sahibzadas should be a subject of inspiration for us.
CM Vishnudev remembered the sacrifice
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai was also involved in this program. He said in this program that – Today we are fortunate that we all have united here to celebrate Brave Children’s Day. Why is Veer Bal Diwas celebrated?
Guru Gobind Singh had four sons from three wives, namely Ajit, Jujhar, Zorawar and Fateh. They are also called Sahibzade. On 26 December 1705, all four sons were murdered by the Mughal army. To honor their martyrdom, PM Modi had announced to celebrate Veer Bal Diwas on 26 December in 2022. Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s sons were pressurized to convert. Instead he chose martyrdom.
