The Chief Minister said that a provision of Rs 3800 crore was made in the second supplement for payment of outstanding paddy bonus for 2 years to the farmers. We have made provision for Mahtari Vandan Yojana to empower women and provide them financial support. A provision of Rs 1200 crore has been made in the second supplementary budget to provide financial assistance in this. On the supplementary proposal, Chief Minister Sai said that we have started work towards providing tap water to every house.
