An amount of Rs 10 lakh will be given every year for the Amartapu Dham fair, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai announced.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai addressed the Guru Parv Mela program organized at Amartapu Dham, Motimpur, District Mungeli on the occasion of the 267th birth anniversary of Saint Shiromani Baba Guru Ghasidas over phone. While greeting the citizens present there, he congratulated and extended best wishes to the people of the state on Baba Guru Ghasidas Jayanti. The Chief Minister apologized to everyone for not being able to attend the program.

CM Sai announced an amount of Rs 10 lakh every year for better operation of this fair. Referring to the life philosophy and message of harmony of Saint Shiromani Baba Guru Ghasidas, he urged all the people to follow the path shown by Baba Guru Ghasidas. It is noteworthy that Guru Parv Mela is organized every year on Guru Ghasi Jayanti since 1996 in Amartapu Dham, Motimpur. It is happening. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma participated in this program as a representative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. While addressing the programme, he praised Baba Guru Ghasidas ji. The Deputy Chief Minister said that with the blessings of Baba Gurughasi Das, I wish that there should be happiness, prosperity and peace in the state.

He said that the Chief Minister could not come here today but has sent me with the promise that he will definitely come next year. Sharma called the Chief Minister at the venue and made his address heard through the loudspeaker to all the people. Regarding the Chief Minister’s announcement, the Deputy Chief Minister said that an amount of Rs 10 lakh will be made available for this fair from next year. Regional MLA Punnulal Mohle, former MLA, officials of the program’s convenor board and Padmashree Usha Barle were also present on the stage of the program.
