School Teachers Association demanded government events on 25th December as ‘Atal Day’, said – Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who made Chhattisgarh a state, should be honored

Chhattisgarh should get the status of a state, this was the dream of every Chhattisgarhian, which on November 1, 2000, the then Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee fulfilled the dream of every Chhattisgarh by making Chhattisgarh a complete state. The birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna, poet Hriday, Ajatashatru politician and beloved former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee is going to fall on 25th December. Chhattisgarh School Teachers Association has demanded from the government to organize various government programs in his honor by notifying the birthday of such a great personality and inspiration for all, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, as “Atal Day”, so that the great works of Bharat Ratna Vajpayee ji can be remembered. Future generations can also know.

State President of Chhattisgarh School Teachers Association, Virendra Dubey, quoting Atal ji’s thoughts said that a person’s personality develops through education. For better development of personality, the form of education should be full of ideals. There is no dearth of ideals in our soil. Only through education can we awaken the feeling of patriotism among the youth. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who was determined to set high ideals towards education, should get respect from the land of Chhattisgarh and we Chhattisgarh people can do this by celebrating “Atal Diwas” every 25th December. Dharmesh Sharma, Provincial General Secretary of School Teachers Association, Executive state president Chandrashekhar Tiwari and state media in-charge Jitendra Sharma said that Atal ji will always remain immortal among all of us through his inspirational words. His statement that ‘No one becomes great with a small mind, no one stands with a broken heart’ always inspires us to become Karmayogi.

Provincial officers of School Teachers Association Sunil Singh, Vishnu Sharma, Dr. Santwana Thakur, Satyendra Singh, Vivek Sharma, Gajraj Singh, Rajesh Sharma, Shailendra Singh, Prahlad Jain, Santosh Mishra, Santosh Shukla, Shivendra Chandravanshi, Deepak Vental, Yadvendra Dubey, Officials like Sarvjeet Pathak, Mantu Khairwar, Pawan Dubey, Bhojram Patel etc. said that this will be a true tribute to Atal ji from the people of the state.
