A case of rape of a minor has come to light in the capital Raipur. In this incident, the youth first kidnapped the minor while she was going to school. Then he raped her at his relative’s house in Raipur itself. In this case, Kabir Nagar police has arrested the accused youth.
The minor’s father lodged a report at Kabir Nagar police station that on November 25, around 11 am, someone had kidnapped his daughter. After this the police started searching for the minor. The police became suspicious of a youth living in Valmiki Nagar. So the police traced the young man with the help of an informer. So the youth’s location was found in Raipur only.
Took me out of school on the pretext of taking me to school
According to the information received from the police, the minor is a class 12 student. She left for school on 25 November. Meanwhile, accused Kunal Jagat stopped him on the way. Then, luring him, he asked to take him on a bike ride. He reached his relative’s house in Kathadih with the minor. When no one was present at home. So he took advantage and raped the minor.

According to the information, the youth kept the minor at his relative’s house for 24 hours. Here, his parents continued searching for the minor. He also informed the police about being suspicious of the accused youth. After this the police started searching for this young man. Then the next day the police came to know about the youth’s presence there and the police surrounded the youth and caught him.
The police have rescued the minor from the clutches of the youth. Action has been taken against the accused Kunal Jagat under kidnapping, rape and POCSO Act, he has been presented in the court and sent to jail.
