Voting percentage of employees increased. When an employee was cut off from election duty, his name was removed but that employee was deprived of voting even at his native place. This was done deliberately because the caretaker Chief Minister knew that the working class was angry with the Congress and the more he votes, the more the Congress will suffer. Therefore at least 25 thousand employees were conspiratorially deprived of voting.
