Raipur: Chief Minister CM Bhupesh’s father’s health is serious, wrote on social media – Babuji is unwell, came to seek blessings.

The health of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s father remains critical. On October 21, CM’s father Nandkumar Baghel was admitted to the hospital due to brain and spine related disease. Meanwhile, CM Bhupesh reached the hospital to meet him on Saturday. The Chief Minister also shared the picture of his father admitted in the hospital on social media and said, Babuji is unwell, I have come today to seek blessings from him. His will to live is an inspiration for me. His health is still serious.
Hospital management said that 89 year old Nandkumar Baghel ji has a chronic disease related to brain and spine and along with that he also has uncontrolled diabetes. When he was admitted on October 21, he had a blood clot in the brain and was suffering from pneumonia.

Due to infection in the body, he also needed a ventilator. Currently, he is in bed for almost a month, although his disease has improved a bit due to treatment. But he still has paralysis on the right side of his body and his health remains serious. The Chief Minister had met him before the nomination.
The Chief Minister wrote on social media that Babuji is unwell. Met him in the hospital before nomination. Due to the hustle and bustle of elections, I could not come to meet him. Today I came to seek blessings from him. His passion for life has always been an inspiration for me.

However, the Chief Minister has been taking information about his father’s health even during the election campaign. The very next day, after the second phase of voting was over, the CM himself went to the hospital and inquired about his well being.

Yesterday I stood in line with my family and voted.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel voted with his family yesterday on 17th November. He is a candidate from Patan. Bhupesh Baghel reached his ancestral village Kuruddih and stood in line with his entire family and voted. During this time, his wife Mukteshwari Devi and his daughters and son were also present.
