On the night of State Foundation Day, 01 November 2023, all the district headquarters and government buildings located in the capital Raipur, Naya Raipur Atal Nagar will be illuminated. In this regard, instructions have been issued by the General Administration Department to all departments of the government, Chairman Revenue Board, Bilaspur, all Heads of Departments, all Divisional Commissioners, all Collectors and all Chief Executive Officers, District Panchayat.
