Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (Jogi) has released the fifth list of 27 candidates for the assembly elections. The party has declared Madhu Kinnar as its candidate from Raigarh seat. Madhu has been the mayor of Raigarh. At the same time, Bhagat Harbans from Raipur West, Gorelal Burman from Pamgarh and Neha Bharti from Bilha have been made their candidates.
Earlier, JCCJ had announced 11 candidates in the fourth list. Whereas, in the third list, party’s national president Renu Jogi has been made the candidate from Kota and Amit Jogi’s wife Richa Jogi from Akaltara seat. Madhu Kinnar has been given ticket from Raigarh seat.
Jogi Congress has made third gender Madhu Bai Kinnar, who was the mayor of Raigarh, its candidate from Raigarh. The party has so far announced candidates for 60 out of the total 90 seats in the state. Voting will be held in two phases on November 7 and 17 in the state. Of the 27 seats, seven are reserved for the Scheduled Tribe and two for the Scheduled Caste category.
