Candidates will be able to file nomination for 70 assembly constituencies till October 30 .

Notification will be issued on October 2170 assembly constituencies of the second phase under the Assembly General Election- 2023Along with this, nomination papers can be filed for the second phase of elections. A total of 70 assembly constituencies of Raipur , Bilaspur , Durg and Surguja divisions are included in this phase.
Candidates can file their nomination papers for the second phase of elections in the state till 30 October 2023Scrutiny of nomination papers for the second phase will take place on October 31 and candidates can withdraw their names till November 2Voting for the second phase will be held on 17 November 2023Counting of votes for both the first and second phases will take place on December 032023
