Chhattisgarh: Second list of 53 Congress candidates released, 83 candidates declared: 17 new faces, tickets of 10 MLAs canceled, 7 left

Congress has released another list for Chhattisgarh elections. 53 candidates have got tickets in the second list. There are 17 new faces in it, while tickets of 10 MLAs have been cut.
