A young man Deepak Nishad died in Raipur on Saturday night. The family alleges that this is not an accident but murder. Actually, Deepak Nishad had gone out on his bike for his work when he lost his balance and fell into the drain. Seeing this, some people first teased him and then the dispute escalated into a fight. Deceased Deepak Nishad was the only earning person in a family of 6 people. One of his children is in 8th class, the other in 12th and the third is unemployed after studying in college. Deepak also took care of his disabled father. When talked to his elder brother Raja Nishad, he cried while telling about Deepak.
Crying he said, my brother has been murdered. He was attacked on the chest and because of this the brother lost his life. This is not an accident, we want justice. At the same time, the police say that, according to the short PM report, death occurred due to food getting stuck in the windpipe. Know the whole matter in detail.
His brother-in-law Shankar, who was present at the spot along with Deepak, while narrating the situation he saw, said that around 11 pm on Saturday night, they were bringing ice blocks from Ramsagar Para. Hero reaches near the showroom in Anupam Garden, the balance of the car got disturbed. Due to which the lamp fell into the drain. His clothes were covered with mud. Then he tried to start the car by hitting the key. But the car did not start. The youth teased, then there was a dispute.
When the young man fell into the drain, his body got covered with mud. After which three young men passing by on a scooter started teasing him. Deepak had a dispute with those youth regarding this matter. After which there was first abuse and then a fight between them. Shankar further told that one of those youths punched Deepak hard on his chest. As soon as it hit him, he fell unconscious on the ground.
Some people present nearby tried to wake Deepak up by throwing water on his face, but he did not respond. Meanwhile, his family members also reached the spot, who first took him home and bathed him, and then took him to the hospital. Where the doctor declared him dead. Awaiting post mortem report

3 suspects in police custody
According to sources, in this case the police have detained three youths who assaulted. He is being interrogated regarding this entire incident. Besides, the police is also busy scanning the CCTV cameras present nearby. So that the facts regarding the incident of that time can come to light.
‘The drain water did not reach the face’
His brother-in-law Shankar, who was present with the deceased Deepak, told that he was immersed in the drain only up to his waist. The drain water had not even reached his face. This meant that the drain water had not entered his throat. He also got up and kicked the car himself, till then he did not see any problem. The young man used to sell fish.
Deceased Deepak works as a fisherman in Rohinipuram pond. He also has a hut next to the pond where he lived with his wife and three children. After Deepak’s death, his wife and children are in bad condition and crying. Information has been received that he also took care of his disabled father.
