Dozens of IAS, IPS and IFS officers have been transferred in the last two months. It is believed that some more such lists may be released by Tuesday evening i.e. 10th October. According to election rules, after the implementation of the code of conduct, there are many restrictions on promotion transfer. Elections can be held in two phases.

What will happen once the code of conduct is implemented?
