Every year on Ganeshotsav, the citizens of the capital wait for the beautiful tableaux of Lord Ganesha. It has a grand tradition in Raipur and the entire city stays awake at night waiting for the beautiful pastimes in the form of tableaus of Lord Ganesha. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel along with other citizens of Raipur enjoyed the devotion from the beautiful tableaux and worshiped Lord Ganesha.
He congratulated the committee members and said that you people have prepared a very beautiful tableau. With this, the new generation will also get information about their cultural traditions. Mr. Baghel said that all your committees have been running the tradition for years which might have been started by the older generations of your locality. This is a very welcome thing. On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Baghel observed the tableau of Lord Ganesha in various forms.
The main tableaus included the form of Lord Vishnu, breaking the pot to loot the curd of Lord Krishna, etc. On this occasion, Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Vikas Upadhyay, Mayor of Municipal Corporation Raipur Mr. Ejaz Dhebar, Chairman of Mineral Development Corporation Mr. Girish Dewangan were present. Including distinguished citizens and a large number of spectators were present.
