Raipur 10 June 2020.Chief  inister Bhupesh Baghel while addressing the Collector Conference organized through video conferencing from his residence office today said that Chhattisgarh will definitely win the fight against Corona. We do not have to be tired, do not be discouraged, but we must fight this battle more quickly. During the Corona epidemic, the work of all districts was commendable. Thanks to everyone for the work done by officials and staff on all festival days including Sunday, Saturday. Right now the figures have increased slightly, but I am confident, as you have controlled so far, will do so further.

 

The Chief Minister said that Durg, Raipur, Bilaspur IG did a good job for the pedestrians. Along with necessary arrangements for migrant laborers, chappals were also arranged. Along with this, the nominated nodal officers for various states did commendable work. Raipur district administration has also done a good job. The quarantine center is also well maintained. Good arrangement is essential at the Quarantine Center. Chhattisgarh has been a pioneer in industrial production and employment. Employment has been provided in rural areas as well as urban areas. It is a matter of concern that some industrial units brought workers without notice. Good work has been done in rural areas under MNREGA. People have been given extensive employment. Timely wage payments have also been made.
In the conference, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has instructed the general public to make the Public Service Guarantee Act more effective for the benefit of various schemes and programs of the government within the time limit. Under this, he has said to accept applications received on plain paper and to ensure action on the deadline.

The Chief Minister has said that special care should be taken to ensure that the general public does not have to face any problem in getting any kind of service. Instructions have also been given to take penalty action as per rules on the officers who have defaulted in providing the service within the time limit. The Chief Minister asked the districts under Public Service Guarantee Act to ensure disposal of all applications received before March 22 within a week, as well as to ensure the process of online processing of applications. The Chief Minister also inquired about the district-wise status of pending applications under the Public Service Guarantee Act.
The Chief Minister instructed all the collectors in the conference to continue the demarcation work till the rain starts. Instructions were given to ensure demarcation work in urban areas even during the rainy season. The Chief Minister gave necessary guidelines to start the process of registration of documents in any tehsil of the district. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel lauded the work done by the officers and employees in the state to help the migrant workers and the needy people during the control and lockdown of the Kovid 19 epidemic in the state of Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister said that the official staff worked very effectively in the state to prevent the corona epidemic, as much as it should be praised.
Since March 13, officers have been continuously helping people affected by Corona. Administrative officials and employees have also worked on holidays and festivals. This has effectively prevented corona infection in the state. The Chief Minister said that there is a belief that the epidemic will remain under control. He also appreciated the cooperation of officers, employees and social service organizations for the services rendered to migrant workers from other states in the state of Chhattisgarh.
The Chief Minister said that the migrant laborers residing in the Quarantine Center should be ensured better facilities. Vigilance is necessary to keep the community safe from the corona epidemic. He directed to pay special attention to it.
The Chief Minister also appreciated the continuous operation of economic activities through employment of the needy during corona transition and lockdown and collection of forest produce in forest areas and said that the state of Chhattisgarh will help the farmers, poor, laborers financially even in this difficult situation.
