New technology bogies will be installed in 19 trains. Passengers will be able to travel more comfortably in the new LHB coaches.

Indian Railways keeps making new changes to provide better facilities to its passengers. Railways is emphasizing on providing more comfortable and safe travel to the passengers. The old blue colored ICF coaches have been removed from 19 trains running on South East Central Railway. Modern red colored LHB coaches are being installed in their place.

According to the information received from the Railway Board, LHBs are better and safer than ECF coaches. By installing these coaches the speed of trains will also increase. The old (Integral Coach Factory) ICF coaches will be removed from all trains running on South East Central Railway. New technology LHB (Link Hoffman Busch) coaches will be installed. There are a total of 465 LHB coaches in 22 rakes of 19 trains. LHB coaches are being installed in these trains.

Bilaspur-Bhagat ki Kothi, Bilaspur-Bikaner, Bilaspur-Patna, Bilaspur-Ernakulam, Bilaspur-Chennai, Bilaspur-Pune, Raipur-Korba, Bilaspur-Amritsar, Chhattisgarh Express, Durg-Nizamuddin Samparkkranti, Durg-Jammuthavi, Durg-Nautanwa, LHB coach facility is being provided in trains in Durg-Kanpur, Durg-Ajmer, Durg-Udhampur, Durg-Nizamuddin Humsafar, Durg-Bhopal Amarkantak X, Raigarh-Gondia Janshatabdi X, Durg-Nautanwa and Durg-Ajmer Express.
