Raipur: Three-day national seminar on latest research topics in the field of archaeology, archives and museums from 22nd September.

A three-day national seminar on latest research in the field of archaeology, archives and museums (with special reference to Central India) will start tomorrow from 22nd September. Culture Minister Shri Amarjeet Bhagat will inaugurate the National Seminar at 10.30 am in the Mahant Ghasidas Museum Auditorium located at Civil Lines of the capital Raipur. This seminar will continue till 24th September.

In this national seminar organized by the Department of Archaeology, Archives and Museums, former Chairman of Padumlal Punnalal Bakshi Srijan Peeth, Acharya Ramendra Nath Mishra, former Director of Archaeological Survey of India, Nagpur (Maharashtra), Dr. G.M. Khwaja, Archaeologist and Museologist of National Museum, New Delhi, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Dean of Kurukshetra University, Haryana and Head of Department, Professor S. Of. Chahal, Dr. Ananda Bhattacharya, retired officer of State Archives, Kolkata will be the guest of honour. On this occasion, Secretary of Culture and Archeology Department, Mr. Anbalagan P. and Director Mr. Vivek Acharya will be specially present.
