Guidelines issued to collectors to include participating teams of the district

State level Chhattisgarhia Olympics will be organized in Raipur from 25 to 27 September. In this regard, the Secretary of the Sports and Youth Welfare Department has given guidelines to all the district collectors to include the participants and teams of the district in the state level Chhattisgarhia Olympics 2023-24. Regarding organizing the state level Chhattisgarhia Olympics, a meeting of team managers and sports officials of all the districts has been organized at Sardar Balbir Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium on 24th September at 7 pm. It is mandatory to attend the meeting along with the list of category wise participants and managers.
In the circular issued by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department from the Ministry to the District Collectors, it has been said that guidelines have already been issued regarding the organization of Chhattisgarhia Olympics 2023-24. State level Chhattisgarhia Olympics is being organized in Raipur from 25th to 27th September, in which action should be taken to send the participating participants and teams.
District Collectors have been told to send information about the team in-charge and his supporting staff, participants (men and women), drivers, conductors and vehicles of the participants leaving the district through e-mail ID by 5 pm on September 22.

But make sure to send it without fail. Arrangements for transportation of the participants at the state level and food etc. on the way and the entire expenditure on this should be borne by the concerned District Collector.
The duty of one Deputy Collector and Deputy Superintendent of Police should be assigned by the concerned District Collector and Superintendent of Police along with the participating parties coming at the state level. Women employees should be compulsorily put on duty with the women participants coming from the districts.
The format for providing identity card to the participants of each divisional level district participating at the state level has been made available by the division to the sports officers of all the districts. Therefore, ensure that every participant coming from the district travels only with an identity card in the prescribed format, signed and sealed by the District Sports Officer.
District parties must compulsorily present their presence by 6 pm on 24th September. The team managers of the districts, in coordination with each discipline-wise appointed in-charge, should ensure systematic participation of the participants and teams and ensure their presence on time at the discipline-wise scheduled competition venue.
