Raipur: Chief Minister Dai-Didi Clinic: More than 2 lakh women provided free treatment

So far, about 2659 camps have been organized through Chief Minister Dai-Didi mobile clinics. Through Dai-Didi Clinic, 2 lakh 128 women and girls living in slum-dominated settlements of Raipur, Bilaspur and Bhilai Municipal Corporation areas have been treated through Dai-Didi Clinic Camp near their homes.

It is noteworthy that the Chief Minister Dai-Didi Clinic Scheme is being run by the Urban Administration and Development Department of Chhattisgarh Government. Under the scheme, a team of women doctors and women staff arrive in the vehicles of the Mobile Medical Unit and provide free examination and treatment of various diseases of needy women and girls. Through these mobile medical units, lab tests of more than 43 thousand women were conducted and free medicines were given to 1 lakh 88 thousand 762 women. Earlier, such women living in poor slum areas and working as hard laborers were not able to get their treatment done due to lack of time or many other reasons, but now they are getting the facility of treatment from Dai-Didi Clinic near their home through women doctors and medical staff. She is getting treatment from the female staff and is able to get her treatment without any hesitation.
