Delicious dishes like Ragi Biscuit, Chocolate Biscuit, Naan Khatai Toast are being made in Ripa Eatpal.

Women are moving towards economic empowerment by joining the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park (RIPA), started on the initiative of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel. In this series, delicious dishes like Ragi Biscuit, Chocolate Biscuit, Naan Khatai Toast are being made by the women of Mathura Devi 2 Kotapal Group in Ripa Itpal under Bijapur district under the name of Bijavan of Manwa Bijapur brand. The women of the group have earned an income of more than Rs 20 thousand from the bakery industry in the last two months alone. The women of the group were given training by the trainer in the last week of June at Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park (RIPA) Itpal.

It is noteworthy that the district administration is making special efforts to improve the quality of bakery food products and prepare delicious dishes. Along with this, a stall is being set up in the Collectorate premises every Tuesday for the sale and promotion of food items. Due to which food items are being purchased by all the officers and employees of the district and the products being made in RIPA are getting better response.

Mathura Devi 2 in Ripa Itpal, Mrs. Reena Lingam, Mrs. Anita Lingam, Mrs. Jayshree Lingam, Mrs. Sushila Kadial, Mrs. Rajni Pulla and Mrs. Anita, associated with the Kotapal group, thanked the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel and said that the Itpal was organized by the district administration. Opening RIPA center in Gram Panchayat is a very good initiative. Due to which women are getting employment in the village itself and feel good working here.
