52 teachers will be honored with State Teacher Award

On the occasion of Teachers’ Day, a state level teacher felicitation ceremony has been organized in the Durbar Hall of Raj Bhavan on 05 September 2023 from 10 am under the chief hospitality of Governor Shri Vishwabhushan Harichandan. This function will be presided over by Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel and the special guest will be School Education Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey and special guest will be Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Dwarkadhish Yadav.
On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, 52 teachers will be honored at the state level teacher honor ceremony. Out of these, 48 teachers will be honored with State Teacher’s Honor and 4 teachers will be honored with Memorial Award in the name of great litterateurs of the state. In the ceremony, each of the 48 teachers selected for the State Teacher Award will be given an amount of Rs 21 thousand each and a citation. Apart from this, Rs 50,000 each and a citation will be given to each teacher who is honored with the award given in the memory of the great personalities of the state.
State Memorial Award
On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, 04 teachers will be honored with the State Teacher Award in the name of 04 great literary figures of the state at the state level function. In these, the principal reader of Raipur district, Ms. Mamta Ahar, was named “Dr. Padumlal Punnalal Bakshi Memorial Award”, Kondagaon District Head Teacher Mrs. Madhu Tiwari, “Dr. Mukutdhar Pandey Memorial Award”, Lecturer of Raigarh district Mrs. Rashmi Verma, “Dr. Baldev Prasad Mishra Memorial Award” and Mrs. Indira Chandravanshi, teacher LB of Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai district, will be given “Shri Gajanand Madhav Muktibodh Memorial Award”.
