A major step has been taken in the direction of providing benefits of state-of-the-art health facilities to the people of the state. The citizens of the capital would soon be able to get the facility of the state-of-the-art super specialty hospital. A budget provision of Rs 325 crore has been made for the integrated new hospital building in Dr. Bhimrao Memorial Hospital to strengthen the health infrastructure and provide multi-specialty facilities to the citizens. Apart from the basement floor, lower ground floor and ground floor, this 700-bed hospital will have seven floors in the hospital building.

     This integrated new hospital building will be in 70 thousand 896 square meters. The provision of fire fighting system, HVAC system, IBMS system etc. has been made in the building. The building will have basement floor of 8828 square meters, ground floor of 7500 square meters, first floor to fifth floor of 7274 square meters, sixth floor with atrium roof structure of 8728 square meters, seventh floor of 640.57 square meters. The foundation has been designed in such a way that in future the seventh floor and eighth floor can be developed from the point of view of need.

    Modern and efficient infrastructure of health facilities will be available in the capital due to the construction of Integrated New Hospital building as per the intention of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. Keeping in mind the facilities of the patients, all the necessary basic facilities will be made available in this complex. With the completion of this hospital, patients will be able to get all the facilities of the super specialty hospital.
