Two important announcements made in the interest of the workers

The amount of Chief Minister Construction Workers Housing Assistance Scheme has been increased from Rs. 50 thousand to Rs. 1 lakh,

the office of Labor Officer, Bastar, Sarguja, Janjgir-Champa, Balodabazar and Rajnandgaon have been upgraded to the office of Assistant Labor Commissioner.

People welcomed and felicitated Chief Minister Mr. Baghel from Ambedkar Chowk to Shaheed Bhagat Singh Chowk in the capital.

Today, on his birthday, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel was greeted and felicitated by the people in the crowd gathered from Ambedkar Chowk to Shaheed Bhagat Singh Chowk in the capital Raipur. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel was overwhelmed with happiness after receiving immense affection from the people on the occasion. On this occasion, he also made two important announcements in the interest of the workers in Chhattisgarh.

    These include the announcement of increasing the amount of Chief Minister’s Construction Workers Housing Assistance Scheme from Rs. It is worth noting that under the Chief Minister’s Construction Workers Housing Assistance Scheme, operated under the Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Rs. There is a provision of Rs. 1 lakh, it was announced to increase the amount of this scheme to one lakh rupees. Similarly, it was announced to upgrade the State Labor Officer Offices Bastar, Surguja, Janjgir-Champa, Balodabazar and Rajnandgaon to Assistant Labor Commissioner Offices.

    Addressing on the occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that continuous work is being done by our government for the upliftment of all classes of people in Chhattisgarh. In these, many important decisions have been taken in the interest of all classes of people including farmers, laborers and scheduled castes. In this episode, today two important announcements have also been made in the interest of the workers. On this occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel benefited 2 thousand 507 beneficiaries by distributing an amount of Rs. one crore 81 lakh under various schemes of the Labor Department.

    In these schemes, Rs. 5 lakh to one beneficiary under Mukhyamantri Construction Workers Death and Disabled Assistance Scheme, Rs. 3 lakh to 6 beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Awas Sahayata Yojana and Rs. 20 thousand per beneficiary to 500 beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Noni Empowerment Assistance Scheme. An amount of Rs one crore was provided. Apart from this, an amount of Rs 68 lakh 19 thousand to one thousand 860 women beneficiaries and Rs 5 lakh 18 thousand to 140 male beneficiaries is included under the Mukhyamantri Cycle Sahayata Yojana. On this occasion, Urban Administration and Labor Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria, President Chhattisgarh Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Mr. Sushil Sunny Agarwal, along with officials of Labor Board and citizens were present in large numbers.
