Meeting with the youth, Surguja Division
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel expressed happiness for the meeting. He said that it is good to see the youth full of enthusiasm, it was great to meet everyone.
He said that it was good to hear the idea of how the Chhattisgarh of dreams should be.
- Sonu Kumar, who came from Manendragarh-Bharatpur-Chirmiri district, demanded treatment for blind students in Chennai .
To which the Chief Minister immediately approved and said that we will get all the tests done and treatment will be done wherever they are.
Talking about the respect of women, the young fellow said, for their respect and dignity, we have taken a decision and banned those guilty of molesting women from government jobs.
33 new colleges, 02 new universities, 04 medical colleges and 04 have been approved in the entire state.
In the state level competition of Chhattisgarh Olympics, the participants who get first place in the age group of 18 to 40 years in the sports of long jump, 100 meters race and wrestling will be declared as outstanding players, this provision will be applicable from this year itself.
We signed MoU with Tata Technologies for upgradation of 36 ITIs. The trade which is in demand in the world, will be there in ITI.
We gave government jobs to the youth. More than 42 thousand youths have got jobs due to recruitment in Vyapam, Public Service Commission, Chhattisgarh State Electricity Companies and Swami Atmanand Schools.
We have decided to waive the examination fees for competitive examinations. Due to which the fees of more than 22 lakh youth have been waived off to the tune of Rs 33 crore.
Our priority is to provide employment to the youth. Our government is continuously working in the interest of people of all classes.
- Anuradha Kushwaha of Rani Durgavati College, Vadrafnagar, Balrampur said that she wants to become a teacher in future. There is no B.Ed college in the district.
Hearing this, the Chief Minister said that B.Ed colleges will be opened in all the districts of Surguja division.
- Meghnath Bhawan, a student of Government College Balrampur of Balrampur district, thanked the Chief Minister for starting the college in the district .
Meghnath urged the Chief Minister to start additional building and postgraduate classes for Physics, Botany, Political Science and Science subjects in the college.
The Chief Minister talked about the construction of 5 new rooms in the college building and also talked about starting new faculties like Physics, Botany in the college from the next session.
The Chief Minister said that for the first time, Atmanand schools and colleges are being opened officially .
Now 10 English colleges have been opened. The Chief Minister said that excellent colleges will be started in all districts from next year.
- Tamanna Singh, a student of KR Technical College, urged the Chief Minister to open a special college for differently-abled college students .
Tamanna understands by lip syncing what the teacher wants to say.
Listened to Tamanna from the Chief Minister and announced to open a special college for deaf children from next year.
- Nikita Chauhan, a student of Jashpur’s Naveen Mahavidyalaya Arrah, told the Chief Minister that there is a lot of problem due to non-availability of college building, she requested to construct the college building.
In relation to the construction of the building for the college, the Chief Minister said that approval has been given in the budget for the building, the construction work will start soon.
- Aman Kaushik, a student of Medical College Ambikapur, asked the Chief Minister – What is your way of managing your time and entertainment after such a busy time ?
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel told Aman that there is very little time after becoming the Chief Minister. Likes to spend time with family, laugh and joke with friends, read books (especially biographies of great men) and listen to music.
