Raipur: Chief Minister Dai-Didi Clinic: 1.84 lakh women got free treatment

About 2465 camps have been set up so far through Chief Minister Dai-Didi mobile clinics. Through Dai-Didi clinics, one lakh 84 thousand 911 women and girls living in slum areas of Raipur, Bilaspur and Bhilai Municipal Corporation areas have been treated through Dai-Didi clinic camps near their homes.
It may be noted that the Chief Minister Dai-Didi Clinic Scheme is being run by the Urban Administration and Development Department of Chhattisgarh Government. Under the scheme, a team of women doctors and women staff arrives in the mobile medical unit’s vehicle and examines and treats needy women and girls for various diseases free of cost.
Lab tests of 39 thousand 69 women were done through these mobile medical units and free medicines were given to one lakh 74 thousand 874 women. Earlier, such women living in poor slum areas and working hard, who were not able to get their treatment due to lack of time or many other reasons, but now they are getting the facility of treatment from Dai-Didi Clinic near home through women doctors and medical staff. And she is able to get her treatment done without any hesitation through the female staff.
