A case of rape of an orchestra singer has come to light in Durg district of Chhattisgarh. The accused is the son of a head constable posted in Durg police. It is being told that the accused had taken the married woman to his friend’s house on the pretext of marriage. There he had a physical relationship with the woman. Then later said that now the family members are not ready for marriage, I will not be able to get married. After which the matter has reached the police station. The case pertains to Smriti Nagar Chowki area.
The accused Yogesh Sahu (22 years) lives in the police line. He works in a private company. The 36-year-old woman told that she was identified with Yogesh during the show in 2021. Gradually, he started coming to meet her every day and proposed to her.

It is told that the woman has a daughter, her husband has left her. The woman said in the complaint that when the boy proposed, he took her along with him to his friend’s house in Chauhan town. There Yogesh said that I want to marry you, we both will live together.
Hearing this, the woman came to his words. After which the accused made physical relation with the woman. Then the woman started telling him again and again that let’s get married now. But the young man kept refusing. He kept procrastinating. Stopped talking
On the other hand, when the boy felt that the woman was repeatedly asking him to marry her, then he stopped talking to the woman. Also said that the family members are not agreeing. I will not be able to marry now, on this the woman explained to him, yet he did not agree. Troubled by this, the woman has now complained about the matter to the police. After which the police have registered the case.
The accused absconded as soon as the complaint was lodged
On the other hand, as soon as the girl filed a complaint against the accused, someone informed her father about it. As soon as the information was received, the accused fled from the spot. Now the police is searching for the accused.
