Making a big announcement, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has given the status of gazetted post to the post of Naib Tehsildar. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel made this announcement in the provincial conference organized by the Junior Administrative Services Association on the theme ‘Contribution of revenue department in the development of agriculture and farmers of the state’. The Chief Minister also released a souvenir “Bhuiyan Ke Mitan” at the conference. In the conference, on the demand regarding promotion of the Junior Administrative Services Association, the Chief Minister has assured them that the officers will be promoted on time.   
    Talking about the responsibilities of the officers and employees of the Junior Administrative Service, the Chief Minister said that all of you are an important part of the administration and you have to perform many diverse tasks. The Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh was appreciated all over the country because of the work done by the revenue officers in performing important responsibilities and providing assistance to the people during the Covid disaster.
    In his address, the Chief Minister said that it is a great achievement that without any complaint, 1.5 lakh acres of land was reserved for Gothans in the entire state. This work shows the dedication of the officers and employees of the Junior Administrative Services. The Chief Minister said that today caste certificates, nomination and partition certificates are being given to people at their homes even in remote areas of Sukma district due to the determination in administrative work and the spirit to serve the public.
In the conference, Revenue Minister Mr. Jai Singh Agarwal said in his address that in the meeting program of the Chief Minister, the local people demanded new tehsils and subdivisions, which were fulfilled by the Chief Minister. New districts have been established for the convenience of the common people and for the government to reach the people.
    Advisor to the Chief Minister Mr. Pradeep Sharma said in his address that Tehlidar is the only post in the whole country which is known by the same name not only in India but also in other neighboring countries. Therefore, as big as the name of this post is, its responsibility is equally big, which is the responsibility of all of you to fulfill it well.
    Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars from all over the state were present on behalf of the Junior Administrative Service Association in the state-level provincial convention, including Provincial President Mr. Krishna Kumar Lahare, Secretary Mr. Vikrant Singh Rathore, Spokesperson Mr. Shashibhushan Soni.
