7 thousand children of remote Vananchal are getting English education in Swami Atmanand School

Swami Atmanand Government English Medium School, run by the Government of Chhattisgarh, aims to provide good education to the rural children of remote areas along with cities on the lines of metros. Today the children of government English medium school are also speaking fluent English. Remote areas where once had to travel miles to go to school, now the school has reached the village itself. Priyanshi, who studies in Mardapal, situated in a remote area of Kondagaon district, no longer has to travel miles. Due to the announcement of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, children are getting good education in English in the village itself. One such story is that of Priyanshi Sahu. After studying in an English medium school in Mardapal village itself, he was admitted by his elder brother in Swami Atmanand School, Jamkotpara, Kondagaon, due to non-availability of English medium school in the area.
Had to cover long distance. In the absence of father, it was not possible for elder brother Shivram Sahu, who was doing his own business, to drop his sister to school every day. In such a situation, many times I had to go to school alone. With hard work and dedication, Priyanshi passed class 9 with first division. During this, on the arrival of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel at Mardapal, there was a demand by the people of the area to open Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium School. The school started functioning in the academic session 2023-24 and Priyanshi was given admission in class X. Thanking the Chief Minister, Priyanshi said that now she does not have to go to Kondagaon every day after traveling several kilometers for studies. Very happy that the school has opened in his village itself. It is notable that 14 Swami Atmanand excellent schools are being run in Kondgaon district to provide excellent education. in which new 06 Schools have been started from this session itself. More than 7 thousand children are studying in the school. Children are getting excellent English education in remote sensitive villages of the district like Kongud, Dhanora, Mardapal.
