Raipur, 28 July 2023: Chhattisgarh government is making meaningful efforts to provide better health facilities to the people of remote areas. All types of health facilities are being made available to the needy patients in nearby hospitals. Patients are getting dialysis facility at Maharani District Hospital in Jagdalpur. More than 1700 patients have got its benefit in one year. In terms of health facilities, the district hospital has set a new record.
Bastar’s Maharani District Hospital is now providing all-convenient operation facilities to citizens living in far flung Vananchal. Patients with the facility of dialysis, where complex operations and other treatments are being done with sensitivity by well-equipped operation theatres, state-of-the-art equipment and specialist doctors.
In the Dialysis Center set up in Maharani District Hospital, treatment facilities are being provided to patients with state-of-the-art equipment. In the financial year 2022-23, 1722 patients have availed the health facility in this centre. Due to the availability of dialysis facility in Maharani Hospital, now the needy patients of Bastar region have got rid of expensive treatment by going to other hospitals of the state and their time and money are being saved. Civil Surgeon cum Hospital Superintendent Maharani Hospital Dr. Sanjay Prasad says that due to availability of dialysis facility in Maharani District Hospital, the patients of remote areas of Bastar are getting maximum convenience. Needy patients from Bastar zone as well as other districts are coming here and getting benefited from the health facilities.
