Under the Paudha Tunhar Duar programme, distribution of free saplings to the residents of Raigarh Municipal Corporation was started today under Raigarh Forest Division. Under this, free saplings will be distributed from July 1 to July 31.
Divisional Forest Officer, Raigarh Ms. Stylo Mandavi said that interested beneficiaries can register their full name/address by calling the toll-free number +91-18002332631 from 10 am to 06 pm on working days and can take maximum advantage of it. He also told that through tree plantation, play an important role in making the city pollution free. On the inauguration of the program, MLA Raigarh Mr. Prakash Nayak and District Panchayat President Mr. Nirakar Patel flagged off the vehicle from Gandhi Chowk after garlanding the Gandhi statue and plants were distributed to the residents.
