Administrative approval of Rs 8 crore 31 lakh 85 thousand has been given to Chief Engineer Hasdev Ganga Cachar Ambikapur for the work of Ganeda Anicut scheme on Mahan river of Pratappur development block of Surajpur district by the Ministry of Water Resources Department of Government of Chhattisgarh. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 240 hectare area.
