Taking prompt action, SDM issued order under section 145

On June 23, Umendra Sahu, a resident of Mopka, Bilaspur, had given a written complaint before Bilaspur Collector Mr. Saurabh Kumar that by breaking the med of Khasra no. Has leveled it together and is threatening him that this land is his own land. Taking the complaint seriously, the Collector circulated the letter to SDM Bilaspur for immediate action. Taking cognizance of the complaint letter, SDM Bilaspur has circulated an order to maintain status quo under Section 145 CrPC and has called both the parties to the office on June 28, 2023 along with their respective documents for hearing. Taking cognizance of the incident, a letter has been written to the police to report and taking cognizance to the Municipal Corporation Bilaspur, to take legal action regarding the irregular development.
