Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has instructed the Urban Administration and Development Department to take immediate action for the formation of Banki Mogra Municipality in Korba district. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel issued these instructions on the request of Mr. Purushottam Kanwar, Katghora MLA and Vice President of Madhya Kshetra Tribal Development Authority.
It may be noted that Katghora MLA Mr. Kanwar met the Chief Minister at his residence here today and urged him to make Banki Mogra town a municipality. He informed that eight wards of Banki Mogra area come under Korba Municipal Corporation. With the formation of new municipality, the development works in Banki Mogra will be speedy and the citizens of the area will get good facilities. On the request of MLA Mr. Kanwar, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has instructed the Urban Administration and Development Department to take immediate action for the formation of Banki Mogra Municipality.
