Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh today performed Bhumi Pujan of the Center of Excellence of Chhattisgarh Sickle Cell Institute at Devendranagar in capital Raipur.

Grand construction will be done in 2.96 acres of land.

The Center of Excellence will be constructed at a cost of Rs 48 crore.
