International Yoga Day is being celebrated across the world on 21 June. On this occasion people also performed yoga in Chhattisgarh. Guests along with Chairman of Yoga Commission Chhattisgarh Gyanesh Sharma inaugurated the state level program in the capital Raipur by lighting the lamp. In the state level program organized at Jora Ground of Raipur District Headquarters, Congress State President Mohan Markam made yoga easy.
Mayor Ejaz Dhebar, Dharsinwa MLA Anita Yogendra Sharma, MLA Satyanarayan Sharma, MLA Vikas Upadhyay, President of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Gyanesh Sharma, District Panchayat President Domeshwari Verma, Raipur Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sanjay Alang, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure, IG Ratanlal Dangi were present in this program. A large number of people, public representatives and officials are present. Apart from this, the district administration organized International Yoga Day at Maa Ganga Maiya Temple in Balod district, in which Minister Anila Bhendia, Collector Kuldeep Sharma, Balod Municipality President Vikas Chopra were present.
