Yoga is an important part of our lifestyle. It has been an important part of our culture not from today but for many years, keeping this in mind and to spread awareness about yoga among maximum number of people, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has decided to do “Har Ghar Aangan Yoga”. appealed. Yoga creates positive feelings in our mind. We should take out some time for ourselves everyday and do yoga. The whole world has recognized the importance of Yoga, so that the new generation should work to take forward this cultural tradition of ours.
World Yoga Day will be celebrated on June 21 in the country as well as in the state. Preparations are on to celebrate it on a large scale. There will be many programs on this occasion in the state too. That’s why it is necessary that by participating more and more in these events, we should spread the message of healthy body through yoga to the masses. Take this opportunity to interact with people who have adopted yoga and brought changes in their lives. Everyone should take the message of yoga to the masses, so that every person can get a healthy life through yoga. Along with this, we have also gathered information about some such asanas of yoga, which you can easily do anytime anywhere.
simple posture
It is advised to keep the fingers of the hands in different postures during asanas and pranayama. Its meaning is also deep. The human body is made up of five elements. Our five fingers represent these elements, so the different mudas (meditation, air, void etc.) adopted during asanas play an important role in maintaining the balance of the amount of five elements.
Indian style rugs are very beneficial. Three methods are prevalent in these –
1. Sukhasan: – Being in contact with the earth on Sukhasan, the negative energy of the body is transferred to the earth. Blood circulation is good due to the effect of gravity. There is no fatigue in the legs, muscles become strong and there is no complaint of knee and leg pain.
2. Vajrasana:-In this condition, the blood circulation of the body is well from the heart to the stomach. This asana is effective in removing stomach disorders and strengthening the digestive system, so it is advisable to sit in Vajrasana for at least 15 minutes immediately after eating.
3. Padmasan:- In this position the circuit of the body is completed and the combined benefits of Sukhasan and Padmasan are available.
Practice of Yoga –
Yoga practice has been considered important for physical and mental health. It corrects the functioning of the body and reduces the chances of disorders, so it is advised to practice many asanas for relief from many diseases.
Yoga has many benefits, in which blood circulation is important for a healthy and beautiful body and yoga helps in reaching blood to every cell of the body. It is helpful in removing elements like Vata, Pitta, Kapha from the body. It is helpful in making the body flexible, which increases efficiency. There is development in the immunity of the body.
