Raipur: 669 laborers arrive safely by Katra-Champa workers special train

Workers expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel

 

    Raipur, 22 May 2020. On the initiative and instructions of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the process of bringing back the trapped laborers to other states outside Chhattisgarh is going on safely. As of 21 May, more than 36 thousand workers have been brought to the home state through 26 trains. In this episode, on Friday, 669 workers returned safely from Katra via Champa Shramik Special train. In this train 641 workers of Janjgir-Champa district and 6 in Korba district and 22 workers of Raigad reached Champa. The workers breathed a sigh of relief upon reaching their nearest home district railway station and expressed gratitude to the state government including Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel and Labor Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahria. The laborers were followed by physical distances at Champa station and were dropped in two bogies. He was given a diet. Health check-ups of these workers have been sent to the Quarantine Center through buses.
