Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel released the book ‘Half Chapter’ written by senior journalist and editor of Navbharat Bilaspur Mr. Arun Upadhyay at his residence office here today. He congratulated and congratulated Mr. Upadhyay for his new creation. Mrs. Swarna Upadhyay and Mr. Om Upadhyay were also present on the occasion.
Significantly, Mr. Upadhyay has written a book focusing on his 35 years of journalism experiences. In which he has documented his experiences of seeing, understanding and publishing the changes in the social, educational, political, economic and overall public life of this entire era from a reporter to editor, which is useful for new journalists. Will prove useful.
