Regarding this, the students and parents met the school management and the principal and submitted a memorandum demanding that further classes should be conducted in Naya Raipur only. This situation has arisen due to non-arrangement of the building.
After this, the parents and the children reached Collectorate Raipur to meet the Collector, where after wandering in the heat for 2 hours, they met the Collector. Informing the Collector, a demand was made that keeping in view the future of the boys and girls, arrangements should be made immediately by giving permission for further classes. The collector returned the children and their parents only after giving a tingle of assurance. Worried about the notice issued regarding the future of the children, the parents, wiping their sweat, said that they will not sit silent until the government makes arrangements for further classes for our children. A notice was issued by the principal informing the children and parents that children can get admission in Bilaspur or Durg schools, this has created a situation of resentment. The foster and the child said, they will meet the in-charge Chief Secretary Subrata Sahu and Principal Secretary Alok Shukla and inform them about their demand. The parents told that, if necessary, the ministry and collector’s office will also be gheraoed.
BS Ahire Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya Rakhi told that, a letter has been written to the Collector that further arrangements will be made as per his permission.
