Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has congratulated and greeted the people of the state on International Biodiversity Day on May 22. In his message issued to the people of the state, he has said that protection of biodiversity along with environment is essential for our lives. Keeping this in mind, we have to come forward to play our important role in maintaining the balance of biodiversity. Its protection and promotion is the collective responsibility of all of us.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has said that Chhattisgarh has an ideal tradition of biodiversity conservation, which is a matter of pride for us. Its prominence is seen in our forests and rural environment. He said that biodiversity conservation reflects the importance of harmony between nature and man at all levels. It also emphasizes the solidarity between nature and man, which is essential for the balance of nature.
