Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated 88 works worth Rs. 443 crore 14 lakh for the development of the area in the “Bharose Ke Sammelan” organized at village Sankra of Patan development block of Durg district on May 21, the death anniversary of former Prime Minister late Mr. Rajiv Gandhi. Will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone. Out of these works, Mr. Baghel will inaugurate 17 works costing Rs 68 crore 26 lakh and will do Bhoomipujan and foundation stone of 71 works costing Rs 374 crore 87 lakh.
Among the works that Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will inaugurate, 132/33 KV power plant established in village Amleshwar (Khamharia) at a cost of Rs 19.60 crore. Electricity sub-station, 132/33 KV at a cost of Rs. 14.43 crore. Proposed 132/33 KV sub-station from Patan. 132 KV up to Khamhariya (Amleshwar) sub-station. 19 km DCDS transmission line, 220/132 KV at a cost of Rs. 2 crore 21 lakh. 132 KV in sub-station Patan. 02 nos for Patan Amleshwar line. 132 KV Construction work of feeder bay, top work of fifteenth diversion and canal lining work at a cost of Rs. Nipani Anicut, Kasahi stop dam constructed at a cost of Rs 1 crore 2 lakh, stop dam near village Kurmigundra constructed at a cost of Rs 1 crore 71 lakh.
Similarly, Mr. Baghel, renovation work of 13 roads has been completed at a cost of Rs. 4 crore 38 lakh under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, village Pandhor at a cost of Rs. 60.70 lakh under Chief Minister’s Village Road and Development Scheme, Rs. CC road-cum-drain construction work at village Ranitarai, village Karsa at a cost of Rs 60.70 lakh; Glazing unit installed at Matikala Center of village Sonpur by Rural Engineering Service at a cost of Rs 1 crore 18 lakh; Village Jamgaon R and Selud. He will inaugurate the newly constructed auditorium building of Satnami Samaj at a cost of Rs 30 lakh each, laboratory room constructed at Government Naveen High School Khudmuri at a cost of Rs 7.63 lakh, 3 additional rooms constructed at Swami Atmanand English Medium School Ranitarai at a cost of Rs 25 lakh.
Similarly, the works for which Bhumi Pujan and foundation stone will be laid by the Chief Minister, mainly at a cost of Rs 38.77 crore, Government Chandulal Chandrakar P.G. Center for Excellence, Library, Indoor Stadium, Staff Quarter and other construction works in Mahavidyalaya Patan District Durg, 220/132 KV in village Pandar Tehsil Patan District Durg at a cost of Rs 36 crore. Construction work of sub-station (upgradation work of existing 132/33 KV sub-station Patan to 220/132 KV sub-station), 400/220 KV sub-station at a cost of Rs.22.33 crore. Proposed 220/132 KV sub-station from Kurud. 220 KV sub-station till Patan. D.C.D.S. Transmission line (24.00 km), 132/33 KV in village Jamgaon R at a cost of Rs.25.23 crore. Construction work of sub-station, 132 KV at a cost of Rs. 14 crores. D.C.D.S. Patan Jamgaon R Line (18.00 Km), 220/132 KV at a cost of Rs.2.50 Crore Lakh. 132 KV in sub-station Patan. 02 nos for Patan Jamgaon R Line. 132 KV Includes construction of feeder bay. The Chief Minister will also perform Bhumi Pujan of Forest Wonder Land Park to be built at a cost of Rs 3 crore 93 lakh.
Similarly, the Chief Minister passed the construction work of Amlidih stop dam in Kuruddih drain at a cost of Rs. 2 crore 58 lakh, construction work of stop dam in Gundi drain near Ameri at a cost of Rs. 2 crore 58 lakh, cost of Rs. Atari stopdam cum ramp construction work in Nala, Chief Minister similarly under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana renovation work of 7 roads at a cost of Rs 12 crore 14 lakh and construction of major bridges to be built on 6 different roads at a cost of Rs 18 crore 41 lakh Will do Bhoomi Pujan of the work. Mr. Baghel will perform Bhumi Pujan of the renovation works of 20 school buildings to be done by Rural Engineering Service Sub-Division Patan at a cost of Rs.3 crore 38 lakh. In the programme, the Chief Minister will perform Bhumi Pujan of 6 roads to be constructed at a cost of Rs 68 crore 97 lakh. In these roads, the construction of Chhata to Achanakpur road length 3.30 km cost Rs 11.07 crore, Chicha to Changori road length 3.60 km will be constructed at a cost of Rs 10.70 crore, Parsahi Sirri road length 4.00 km will be constructed at a cost of Rs 13.60 crore. Mr. Baghel will also perform Bhumi Pujan of construction work of government high school building at Bathena of Patan development block at a cost of Rs. 75.23 lakh.
